LMP programs are designed to increase awareness of community issues, sharpen leadership skills to address those issues, and maximize opportunities for involvement in the community in order to expand responsible stewardship. Good, effective community leadership is more important than ever as our society becomes more complex. LMP is growing the next generation of leaders as well as strengthening leaders already involved in the community. Just look at the alumni list: mayors, city council members, presidents of companies and organizations, business owners and nonprofit executives. The list is impressive. Doors have opened for our graduates that they couldn’t have opened themselves.
